Audiomovers help global music talent as Anderson. Paak leads international songwriting sessions
On August 17th, the Jameson Distilled Sounds Sessions offered talented international music makers the opportunity to come together and collaborate from all over the world.
The Jameson Distilled Sounds event – a musical retreat in partnership with world-renowned artist, Anderson .Paak – took place in Cork, Ireland, connecting a diverse range of international artists on a global stage to create new music for fans.
25 artists from around the world joined Anderson .Paak in Ireland to collaborate and create new sounds and tracks, and to share ideas that will help them on their journey in the music industry. The superb selection of international creatives included the UK’s Freakslug and Ireland’s Aoife Nessa Frances, alongside Bongani Mohosana from South Africa, Nigeria’s Lady Donli, Branko from Portugal, Kaiit from Australia, India’s Seethe Maut and many more.
The writing sessions have collaboration at their core, and the participants used Audiomovers remote collaboration tool LISTENTO with the help of MPG Vocal Producer of the Year 2023 Ramera Abraham. They used LISTENTO both during and after the event, to help with the writing, mixing and completing the tracks with minimal latency.
From India to South Africa, US, UK and Malaysia, Distilled Sounds is a global commitment from Jameson Whiskey to support artists from across the world in the creation of new music, and Audiomovers is the core tech that allows musicians to work together with studio-grade tools.
Audiomovers is also used on over 90% of recording sessions at Abbey Road Studios, almost half of the Current Billboard Top 100, and has been utilized on over 50 GRAMMY-winning projects.
