DALI appoints Ben Davidson as Senior Sales Manager, CI
New appointment brings extensive audio industry experience to DALI’s UK sales team as DALI's custom installation business continues to grow
DALI announces the appointment of Ben Davidson as Senior Sales Manager, CI (UK), starting on November 16th, 2026.
Ben joins the UK sales team with extensive experience spanning commercial and product roles at Bowers & Wilkins, Monitor Audio and AWE-Europe.
The appointment reinforces DALI’s commitment to developing and supporting the UK Custom Installation channel. Ben’s arrival adds further experience to the team as it builds opportunities for installers across DALI’s wide range of high-performance CI loudspeakers and electronics, alongside the electronics portfolio from Lyngdorf. Ben will also oversee the Lyngdorf range to ensure partners have the best options and a simple process.
DALI will assume expanded CI distribution responsibilities for Lyngdorf Audio products from November 2nd and will offer account management for installers and system integrators in addition to the current range of specialist retailers currently being supported by DALI.
For integrators, the focus is on bringing together outstanding audio performance, relevant product expertise and strong commercial support. With loudspeakers and electronics represented across the portfolio, DALI is strengthening its efforts to help installation partners explore the range and identify opportunities within their projects.
Industry experience
Ben joins DALI following three years at AWE-Europe as Head of Elite Dealers. His background combines experience within loudspeaker manufacturers and specialist distribution, bringing a valuable perspective to his new position. His work across commercial and product disciplines gives him a broad understanding of the relationship between audio products, the businesses specifying them and the customers who enjoy them.

High-performance audio for custom installation
DALI’s CI portfolio includes the PHANTOM architectural loudspeaker range, with solutions for in-wall, in-ceiling and on-wall applications. Dedicated installation amplification adds further flexibility, giving integrators options for music systems, home cinema and audio throughout the home.
Alongside DALI’s own speakers and electronics, the Lyngdorf electronics range broadens the offering available to the channel. Together, these product ranges give the UK sales team a strong foundation for conversations with installers about sound quality, system requirements and the needs of individual projects.
