FiiO launch FT13 wooden headphones, ​ B15 R2R and Air Link

Following the award winning FT1, FT3, FT5 and FT7 headphones, each pair of FT13s features unique purpleheart wood earcups, a rare South American hardwood chosen for its tonal warmth and evolving colour, transforming over time from light brown to deep purple. The acoustic properties mean you can also find the wood in modern guitars. Featuring CNC machining, stabilisation and a high-gloss lacquer finish, every FT13 is unique.

Inside, a 60 mm dynamic driver with a W-shaped diaphragm expands vibration area and efficiency, delivering fast transients, extended lows and clean, detailed highs. A U-shaped damping tube, noise-reduction chamber, and sound-absorbing cotton reduce ambient noise by up to 26 dB, creating a naturally immersive closed-back environment.

Designed to be compatible with all hi-fi, the FT13’s low impedance and high sensitivity make it easy to drive from smartphones, laptops or high-end audio systems. Comfort is refined through breathable memory foam.

A detachable cable system with Furukawa monocrystalline copper and silver-plated wiring is supplied, alongside 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm connectors.

The B15 R2R is a ladder DAC variant of FiiO's successful range of mini hi fi products which include the K11 R2R DAC and headphone amp and the SR11. Designed to make the most of your digital sources via USB C or Bluetooth 5.4, the BR15 R2R effortlessly fits into your full size hi-fi system or active speaker system, soundbar or Bluetooth speaker.

XLR outputs are included for compatible speakers alongside RCA. Digital inputs cover USB C, TOSLINK and COAX, ensuring your streamer, CD player or laptop can be connected with ease. A remote control is included and the B15 R2R is compatible with the FiiO Control app which allows full parametric EQ tweaking.

The BR15 R2R launches in December and will retail at approximately $299, £249.

The AIR LINK is a pocket sized portable high-resolution Bluetooth (multipoint) transmitter engineered to bring lossless, ultra-low-latency wireless audio to desktops, laptops, game consoles or any USB Type-C-ready source. Designed with a flagship tier hardware foundation and robust codec support, AIR LINK turns any compatible system into a high-fidelity wireless audio hub and will be of interest to Apple users and anyone with modern, wireless headphones (or speakers) that feature aptX HD and LDAC functions.

At its core, the AIR LINK features the Qualcomm QCC5181 chipset, enabling Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity for future-proof performance. AIR LINK supports LDAC and full aptX codec suites (including aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless) while achieving ultra-low latency (~50 ms) for immersive experiences in gaming, video and music.

For intuitive control, the AIR LINK offers a multifunction button for codec switching and pairing, along with RGB lighting to confirm codec connection status. Users can also refine settings through the FiiO Control app or web interface via USB-C. You can charge your smartphone and use Air Link ​ simultaneously via the independent Type-C port.

The Air Link is out in November, priced £49.99 / $59.00.
